Return window
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Non-returnable items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including used items, damaged items caused by customer handling, customized or personalized items, final-sale items where clearly marked, and gift cards.
Damaged, wrong, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
Return shipping
Unless the issue was caused by an AuraKin fulfillment error or a damaged/wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable after an order has shipped.
Refund timing
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Welcome gift promotion
If you receive a new-customer welcome gift with the item price discounted to $0, any shipping cost paid for delivery is generally non-refundable once the package has shipped, unless the package is lost, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled according to the review above.
