Restricted or unsafe items
We do not source weapons, regulated medicines, unsafe food products, endangered wildlife products, restricted materials, or items that cannot be legally purchased, exported, shipped, or imported.
Counterfeit or unclear-origin goods
We do not source counterfeit goods, infringing IP, grey-market items with unclear origin, or requests that require false declarations or misleading documentation.
AuraKin may refuse any request for legal, safety, logistics, authenticity, payment, customs, or brand-fit reasons.
Process
How a request is handled
- Brief: You send recipient, occasion, budget range, destination country, timeline, reference images or links, and any compliance concerns.
- Feasibility review: We check whether the request is legal, practical, giftable, and aligned with AuraKin's service scope.
- Direction and quote: If suitable, we reply with possible directions, estimated cost structure, and required next steps.
- Written approval: No purchase or paid sourcing work begins until you approve the estimate and terms in writing.
- Follow-up: We coordinate next steps by email. For account holders, future support can refer to previous context more clearly.
Pricing
Custom requests are quoted separately
Custom and sourcing requests are not included as a free gift. Product cost, service work, sourcing time, special packaging, domestic and international shipping, insurance, taxes, customs duties, payment processing, third-party verification, and other direct costs may be quoted separately.
If a deposit, prepayment, third-party verification, or special handling fee is required, we will state it before moving forward. Availability, final price, and delivery timing cannot be guaranteed until the request is reviewed and confirmed in writing.
