AuraKin ships Eastern-inspired gifts, tea items, tea ware, jewelry, hair accessories, and home ritual products to eligible destinations shown at checkout.
Shipping costs
For United States orders, AuraKin offers standard shipping at US$10.00 for orders from US$0.00 to US$49.99.
United States orders of US$50.00 or more qualify for free shipping. In short: US$50+ free shipping, otherwise US$10 standard shipping.
The current estimated delivery window for eligible United States standard shipping methods is 4-12 business days after shipment. Shipping costs, discounts, taxes if applicable, and the final total are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.
Welcome gift shipping
AuraKin may offer a new-customer welcome gift promotion. When the promotion code AKWELCOME is correctly applied to an eligible $19.99 welcome gift item, the item price is discounted to $0. The customer is still responsible for the shipping cost shown at checkout, unless another shipping promotion is clearly shown at checkout.
There is no hidden payment for the welcome gift item. The final amount you pay is always shown before the final order confirmation.
Processing and delivery estimates
Most orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Estimated delivery time depends on destination, product availability, carrier service, and customs handling where applicable.
For United States orders, the typical estimated delivery window shown in our current shipping setup is approximately 4–12 business days after shipment for eligible shipping methods. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs inspection, or address issues.
Shipping origin
Some AuraKin products may ship from partner warehouses or suppliers in China or other fulfillment locations. The available shipping method and estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout when possible.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email after the order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address mistake after placing an order.
No payment before final confirmation
AuraKin does not charge you until you confirm the final order amount at checkout. Please review the total carefully before completing payment.
