All tea gift sets and jewelry come in elegant gift packaging. You can add a gift note at checkout.

You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also contact us with your order number.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - no hassle.

Our pieces are inspired by traditional Chinese craftsmanship - Suzhou embroidery, Jingdezhen porcelain, and artisan tea culture.
