Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

United States
- Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $50 | $9.99 for orders under $50
- Delivery Time: 7-15 business days
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout ($24.99, 3-7 business days)
International
- Standard International: $14.99
- Delivery Time: 10-20 business days (varies by destination)
- Express International: $34.99 (3-7 business days to select countries)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to monitor your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
